How can I become the Dealer?
Once you have obtained enough Dealer Points (see above) and have an adequate account
balance you can play as the Dealer. The limits vary depending on the game; please

What is the difference between playing against a Human Dealer and playing against
a System Dealer?
A Human Dealer is a player who has obtained enough Dealer Points combined with enough
money in his/her balance to withstand the Player's maximum winnings in a given round,
according to the game's limits. A System Dealer is a computer that serves as the
Casino's automatic dealer. To ensure that the performance of the System Dealer operates
truly randomly, the Casino uses the Lehmer Random Number Generator (RNG).
Can I play as the Dealer in Fun Mode?
Yes. You will be playing against other Fun players and using Fun Dealer Points when
you do. You will not lose any Real Dealer Points in fun Mode and likewise, you may
not use your Fun Dealer Points to play as the Dealer in Real Money Mode.
How can I chat with the person I'm playing against?
Click on the
Chat button on the bottom left-hand side of the game screen.
Chat is available in Blackjack, Roulette, Video Poker, Pai Gow Poker, Caribbean
Poker, War and Baccarat. The upper section of the chat box allows you to read messages
sent to you. In the lower section you can type in your messages and then simply

What happens if I am suddenly disconnected from the Casino?
Disconnections can be caused by communication problems over the Internet. Our software
is designed to cope with these disconnections and protect you from unjustified losses.
Please continue reading for specific information on games and roles.
Playing as the Dealer
When playing as the Dealer and a disconnection occurs after you have clicked the
Approve button, play will continue until the Player has finished his/her
turn. This will have no effect on the Dealer.
Playing as the Player
If the disconnection occurs
before completion of play (i.e. before you press
Spin,
Deal or
Deal/Draw), the money will be returned to your
balance. If the disconnection occurs after completion of play, the software will
react depending on the game. In all cases, your balance will be properly adjusted.
Blackjack
- If the disconnection occurs after you have placed your bet and your cards equal
12 or more, the round will continue as though you had decided to stand.
- If the disconnection occurs after you have placed your bet and your cards equal
11 or less, the round will continue as though you had decided to hit. You will be
dealt cards until you reach 12 or more, at which point the round will continue as
though you had decided to stand.
- If the disconnection occurs after you have decided to split, all split hands will
be treated in accordance to the rules above.
Roulette
The round will continue.
Slot Machines
The round will continue.
Pai Gow Poker
The round will continue as though you had decided to split your hand according to
the house way.
Caribbean Poker
The round will continue as though you had decided to fold.
War
If after you click Deal the disconnection occurs, the round will continue and your
balance will be adjusted accordingly in case of a win or loss. In the event of a
tie, the round will continue as though you had decided to fold.
Baccarat
The round will continue until the end. This will have no negative effect on you
as you do not make any decisions after the cards have been dealt.
I received a System Message saying "Time Out" and was subsequently kicked out of

play. If you place a bet but do not make a decision before the timer runs out, the
bet will be returned to your balance and you will be exited from the game. Time
limits are as follows:
- Blackjack - 45 seconds
- Roulette - 50 seconds
- Slot Machines - 30 seconds
- Video Poker - 40 seconds
- Pai Gow Poker - 45 seconds
- Caribbean Poker - 45 seconds
