Our Process

We process withdrawal requests within five business days of the date of the request. For security reasons, the maximum amount possible is credited first to your credit card. The remainder is credited via your option of choice. Please continue reading for important information regarding credit card withdrawals.

Requested - The withdrawal request is being verified (it is possible to cancel the withdrawal request).
External Processing - The withdrawal request is being processed (it is not possible to cancel the withdrawal request).
Approved - The withdrawal request has been approved and settled (it is not possible to cancel the withdrawal request).
Dispatch Times - The period that passes from the time that the withdrawal request has been approved until the time that the requested sum is settled in your bank, credit card or e-wallet account.

Withdrawal Options:

Credit Card:

Visa allows refunds to cards issued in certain countries. MasterCard and Diners Club do not permit refunds at all. Please click here to see the list of Visa No-Refund Countries. If your country is not on this list, we can refund your card up to $5,000 per month.

Please note that we can only credit back to the same card(s) used to make the deposit(s) to your Casino account.

Once the withdrawal request is approved, the credit(s) will appear in your credit card account after 2-4 business days. Following review, we will send an e-mail to you confirming your withdrawal request.

Bank Draft:

Sending your winnings by mail is FREE. Delivery can take up to 21 business days depending on the postal service in your country.

NETELLER:

Provided you have deposited with a NETELLER account, we can credit your withdrawal directly back to your account. Please remember that whenever possible withdrawals are credited first back to any credit cards with which you have deposited. Once your NETELLER withdrawal is approved, it will be in your account within 1-2 business days.

To ensure that your NETELLER withdrawal can be completed quickly, please make sure that your casino email address and your NETELLER email address are the same.

Wire Transfer:

Once approved, wire transfers will be credited to your bank account within 2-5 business days. The fee for a wire transfer is $30. If you made your initial deposit via wire transfer, we will not deduct the $30 fee from your withdrawal.

How to Make your Request

Start the Casino software.
Enter your username and password in the Login screen and select the Play for Money option.
Once you're in the Lobby, click on the Cashier button on the right-hand side of the screen.
A new window will open. Click on Withdraw.
Select your preferred withdrawal method.
Enter your desired sum and click on the Submit button.

* Please note that winnings of over $2,500 may be limited to a payout rate of $2,500 per month.
** In specific circumstances the Casino reserves the right to enforce withdrawal payouts by an alternative payment method other than the option chosen.

How to Cancel your Request

You can cancel your withdrawal within five days of the request, provided that its status is still marked Requested. Once it's marked In Process or Approved, you will not be able to cancel it.

Just follow the steps below to cancel your withdrawal:

Start the Casino software.
Enter your username and password in the Login screen and select the Play for Money option.
Once you're in the Lobby, click on the Cashier button on the right-hand side of the screen.
A new window will open. Click on Money Transactions History.
Use the search function at the top of the screen to produce a list of your withdrawal requests.
In the Status field of the request you'd like to cancel, click on the Cancel Withdrawal button.
Your request will be cancelled, the status will be changed and the money will be returned to your Casino account.
